1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AeroLearn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms.

2. Description of Service

AeroLearn is an online learning platform designed for Nigerian secondary school students (JSS1–SS3). We provide:

  • Subject lessons and learning materials aligned with WAEC, NECO, and JAMB syllabi
  • Practice questions and mock examinations
  • Progress tracking and gamification features (XP, streaks, leaderboards)
  • A virtual store for spending earned rewards
  • Community features including leaderboards
  • Pro subscription plans with enhanced features

3. Account Registration

To use AeroLearn, you must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Be a student currently enrolled in JSS1 through SS3
  • Not create multiple accounts for the same person
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

AeroLearn offers a free tier and paid Pro subscription plans. Payment is currently processed via bank transfer to our verified account. To upgrade:

  • Transfer the exact plan amount to our listed bank account
  • Upload a clear screenshot of your payment receipt
  • Our team will manually verify your payment within 24 hours
  • A 24-hour Trust Pass is activated immediately upon receipt submission

⚠️ All payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced, except in cases of verified technical failure on our end.

5. Virtual Currency & Store

AeroLearn features a virtual balance (displayed in ₦) earned by completing lessons and quests. This balance:

  • Has no real monetary value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real currency
  • Can only be used to purchase virtual items within the AeroLearn Store
  • May be reset or adjusted as part of system updates

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share quiz answers or exam questions with other students to cheat
  • Upload fake or fraudulent payment receipts
  • Use automated bots or scripts to farm XP or rewards
  • Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in the Community section
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Impersonate other students or AeroLearn staff

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AeroLearn — including lessons, questions, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of AeroLearn Technologies Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AeroLearn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing any particular examination. Exam success depends on many factors including consistent effort and study habits.

9. Limitation of Liability

AeroLearn Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for a subscription in the 30 days preceding a claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
